Board Meetings

The Mayfield Independent School Board of Education conducts regular meetings on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Mayfield Independent School Board of Education Office, 914 East College Street, and at the district schools.  The Board may agree to hold special meetings or change the meeting date and/or time.  Copies of meeting agendas are available at all regular Board Meetings.

All Board meetings are open to the public with the exception of executive or closed sessions.  In addition to school board members and the superintendent, other school board representatives who attend meetings include the district's central office administration staff, building level administrators, and the board's legal counsel.

The Mayfield Independent School Board of Education values input from the community regarding school issues.  Public participation and recognition of guests is a standard agenda item at each Board Meeting.
